The Project "ART & CREATIVITY FOR EDUCATION"
THE PROJECT "ART & CREATIVITY FOR EDUCATION" is one of the objectives of the Cultural Association ARCOL to help children and adolescents trough art.
We hope that an opening to arts will improve the level of general culture and will be an opportunity for those with artistic talent to express themselves.
Within the framework of this program, the Cultural Association ARCOL will initiate a variety of activities like: exhibitions, publications of art books, production of plays and dance performances, short films projects, competitions, etc. with the purpose to help the artistic development of young people in schools, special needs schools, in order to reduce the number of school drop outs, the reduction of illiteracy, the access to education for the handicapped children, the rehabilitation of youths delinquencies, etc.
To this end we call upon professional artists to make a contribution to the fulfillment of this program.
The first project is planned for the summer of 2011 and will be a "Multimedia Exhibition" which will reunite the artists presented in our magazine ARCOLMAG. The show will be a "parcours" in Monaco and the vicinity.
There will be paintings, sculptures, installations, videos, music and happenings.
The Cultural Association ARCOL will also organize theatre performances by voluntary artists and the recording of a CD.
Le projet "ART ET CREATION POUR L'EDUCATION"
Le projet « ART ET CREATION POUR L'EDUCATION » est un objectif de l'Association Culturelle ARCOL pour aider les enfants et les jeunes a travers l'art.
Nous avons l'espoir qu'une ouverture vers l'art va améliorer leur niveau de culture générale et sera une opportunité pour ceux qui possedent un talent artistique, de s'exprimer.
Le programme initié par l'Association Culturelle ARCOL se propose d'organiser des activités diverses comme: expositions, publication de livres d'art, mise en scene de spectacles de théâtre et de danse, projets de films de court métrage, concours etc., destinées a aider le développement artistique des jeunes dans des lycées, des écoles de réhabilitation, pour la réduction de l'abandon scolaire, la réduction de l'analphabétisme fonctionnel, la promotion de l'acces a l'éducation aux personnes avec des incapacités, la réhabilitation des délinquants mineurs, etc.
Dans ce but, on fait appel aux artistes professionnels de contribuer a la réalisation de ce programme.
Le premier projet est prévu pour l'été 2011 et sera une « Exposition Multimédia » qui réunira les artistes présentés dans la revue ARCOLMAG. L'exposition se déroulera sur un "parcours" a Monaco et dans les villes avoisinantes.
Il y aura des peintures, des sculptures, des installations, des vidéos, de la musique et des happenings.
L'Association Culturelle ARCOL se propose aussi, d'organiser des spectacles de théâtre avec des artistes bénévoles et d'éditer un CD.
